New Jersey Trail Ride Association
New Jersey Trail Ride Association (NJTRA) is a competitive horse club whose goal is to promote the sport of competitive trail riding while protecting the welfare of horses. We are a member of the Eastern Competitive Trail Ride Association (ECTRA) and have been organizing rides since the 1970s. NJTRA is proud to sponsor a wide variety of ECTRA sanctioned competitive trail rides and drives, training clinics and AERC/ECTRA sanctioned endurance rides of varying distances. Central Jersey Horseman's Association (CJHA)
CJHA is open to all horse enthusiasts. CJHA holds 5-6 shows a year that are designed to please exhibitors of all skill levels and disciplines. CJHA welcomes all riders in all disciplines including Equitation, Hunters, Jumpers, Western Horsemanship, Pleasure as well as Speed.

Garden State Horse & Carriage Society (GSH&CS)
The Garden State Horse & Carriage Society was formed in 1990 and is a growing, non-profit organization. Members include driving enthusiasts, carriage collectors, riders and horse lovers from New Jersey and the neighboring states. GSH&CS hosts a Pleasure Driving Show at the Horse Park of NJ each fall, pleasure drives, clinics and trips.
Helping Hearts Equine Rescue
A non-profit animal welfare organization incorporated in the State of New Jersey dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of equines in need.

Horse Park of New Jersey
The Horse Park of New Jersey is open from March through November. It schedules equine events for most weekends and many weekdays, including multi-day events. The State's equine industry and private, not-for-profit groups worked together to design the Park. It is operated under contract with the Department of Agriculture and the Horse Park of New Jersey, Stone Tavern, Inc., a non-for-profit educational organization.
New Jersey Farm Bureau
The New Jersey Farm Bureau represents the agricultural producers and enterprises of New Jersey at all levels of government. This representation includes the influence on regulations and laws, creation of positive public relations, and the seeking out of initiatives, activities and ventures to help the profitability of the producer members.
New Jersey Horse Council
The New Jersey Horse Council disseminates information about horses and horse farms to the general public and continues the education of horse owners about the care of horses and their environment. It also promotes the interests of the entire horse industry in New Jersey through public information and development of a close working relationship among organizations who recognize the importance of the horse industry to the economic and social well-being of the State of New Jersey.
New Jersey Quarter Horse Association
The objective of the New Jersey Quarter Horse Association, Inc. is to educate New Jersey Quarter Horse owners and to protect and maintain the integrity of the American Quarter Horse breed. To increase the number of NJ Quarter Horse breeders and owners registered by AQHA and to advance New Jersey to a leading Quarter Horse State
Rutgers Equine Science Center
The Equine Science Center is a program of Cook College at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. It is dedicated to the well being of horses and the continued viability of the equine industry. The Center is recognized nationally and internationally for its innovative teaching and technology, its cutting-edge research, its outreach to the equine industry and its assistance in the creation of policy to promote the economic viability and sustainability of the equine industry. The Equine Science Center is an approved research and outreach facility of the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES), the third largest such station in the country. The NJAES also serves as Rutgers University's largest research unit.
